24 hour answering service for Emergencies for both doctors can be reached by calling the office number and they will be contacted and return your call as soon as is possible.
Appointments
As a courtesy to our patients, we confirm all appointments in advance. If we are unable to reach you by phone, we ask that you call the office to confirm your appointment time. Except for emergency situations, you may expect to be seen on time. In return, we ask that you extend us the same courtesy. In the event that it is necessary for you to change an appointment, we require 48 hours advance notice. This will allow time for another patient in need of care to be seen.
Insurance
We participate is some major insurance companies, but are able to file your claim to any insurance. Our office staff will be happy to go over any insurance questions you may have prior to your appointment.
Financial Information
In order to provide the highest quality care on a sound basis, we have developed a full range of convenient payment options for you to choose from.
Prior to the commencement of treatment, fees and financial arrangements will be discussed with you. These arrangements can be coordinated with your dental insurance benefits. Payment plans are also available through Wells Fargo.
